GOLD A LEVEL MECHANIC TECHNICIAN
Efficiently Performs all Entry Level & B Level Jobs with no Assistance.
- Perform diagnostic assessments, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of powersport vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, electrical systems, and other components.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately diagnose and resolve problems.
- Troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, overhauling and inspection procedures.
- Replace or repair defective components, such as carburetors, exhaust systems, and ignition systems.
- Stay familiar with manufacturer recalls, service bulletins, and technical updates, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate & detailed records of diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and parts used in each service job.
- Generate comprehensive reports for customers, explaining repairs, costs, and recommended maintenance and ability to communicate clearly with customer.
Qualifications
- MMI Graduate or Automotive Technical School preferred or equivalent work experience plus manufacturer certifications
- 5-10 Years mechanical experience
- Own a set of comprehensive tools
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience knowledge with powersport parts (identification, inspection, classification of component groups, etc.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Working knowledge of computers and cloud-based systems
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Basic knowledge of dealership repair orders

- Physical endurance for standing, lifting ( 80 lbs. max) repetitive hand and arm movements
- Manual dexterity, especially with small objects
- Ability to be able to climb, crawl, kneel, and work in confined spaces

WARRANTY AND SERVICE WRITER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Service Manager in estimating, scheduling, creating, & tracking repair orders
- Communicate with Customers on Status
- Ensure required parts are in stock and/or ordered with Parts Manager
- Process Warranty Claims
- Accurately code and submit all Warranty Claims in cloud & DMS system
- Review each Warranty Repair Order for proper completion & accuracy
- Verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage & payment
- Administration of Warranty parts such as recording required dates, pictures, and disposal
- Verify criteria required by manufacturer, correct all errors when necessary
- Follow up with manufacturers regarding not approved, denied, unpaid claims, etc.
- Process & Close out Repair Orders
- Keep up with Factory Recalls
- Complete relevant Manufacturer Certification Requirements as needed
- Quality Control with technician on our “No Comeback” Inspection Sealed & Stamped

SETUP TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Uncrating & Set-up Units, Install Electronics & Other Accessories
- Operate a Forklift
- Clean all units to Immaculate Level for sale
- Complete Pre-Delivery Inspection, using Computer Systems
- Overall Cosmetic Inspection for damage & proper fit & finish
- "No Comeback" Inspection Sealed & Stamped
- Ability to Lift & Push a minimum of 50 LBS.
- Employee must be able to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, stand and kneel for an extensive amount of time
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Responsible for daily cleaning of work bay, wash bay, outside bay
